Festive Season Delivery Schedule
Dear Valued Customer,
As the festive season approaches, we would like to inform you of changes to our online store delivery schedule during the Christmas and New Year period.
- Orders placed by 10:00 PM on Monday, 22nd December: Delivered Tuesday, 23rd December
- Closed: Wednesday, 24th December 2025 through Thursday, 2nd January 2026
- Orders placed 23rd December – 2nd January: Delivered Friday, 3rd January 2026
- Regular Schedule Resumes: Saturday, 4th January 2026 onwards
Important Notice:
To ensure timely delivery before the Christmas break, we recommend placing your orders by 10:00 PM on Monday, 22nd December for delivery on Tuesday, 23rd December. Any orders placed from 23rd December onwards will be delivered on Friday, 3rd January 2026. Stock levels may be limited during this particularly busy period, so we advise ordering in advance.

Our delivery area has been restricted to the following postcodes (see bottom of the page). We will try to increase our coverage as and when we can.
We will do our best to deliver all orders placed before 10 pm the next working day - if that is not possible, it will be delivered the following day. All deliveries will be made between 5 am and 1 pm by our drivers.
Our delivery days are TUESDAY - SATURDAY.
We cannot accept orders via telephone or email - all orders need to be made online via our website.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE DELIVERY CHARGE OF £5 FOR ORDERS BELOW £40 AND £10 FOR ORDERS BELOW £20
We will endeavour to reply to all emails as quickly as we can, but please bear with us as we are receiving an extremely high number of enquiries.
To help protect you and our drivers, we cannot take the order inside your property. Our driver will either ring your doorbell or call the number provided and leave it on your doorstep (or another place if requested by you). Please write any specific delivery instructions in the notes section when ordering.
